Federal Contracting 101 is designed for companies desiring to enter the federal marketplace and /or new to federal contracting, that have struggled to gain sales. This workshop focuses on Capture Management and Business Development. With an emphasis on helping your organization fill your pipeline with opportunities and the strategies necessary to turn your pipeline into contracts.

Morning Session:

2. How to conduct market research.
3. The importance of building a long-term pipeline of opportunities.
4. Learn to position your company based on how the Agency buys.
5. What are the top agencies that buy your goods or service.

Afternoon Session:

1. How to build a team of federal employees to help YOU land a contract.
2. Now that we have the research, actionable steps to position your company for the Win.
3. Identifying the key decision makers and what their roles are in the procurement process.
4. How to get face time with key decision makers. (Yes, you can meet with government agencies in person now).
5. What agency events you should be attending and how to make the most of these events.
